Booth Representative Registration
Each exhibitor booth includes a set number of complimentary booth representative registrations. These complimentary registrations include access to the exhibit hall, conference events, and the provided meals during the conference.
Included Booth Representatives:
Single Booth – 2 Complimentary Booth Representatives
Corner Booth – 3 Complimentary Booth Representatives
Double Booth – 4 Complimentary Booth Representatives
Adding Your Complimentary Booth Representatives
If you have not yet added your complimentary booth representatives, simply email conference@dlat.org with their name and email address, and we will add them to your booth registration.
Adding Additional Booth Representatives
If you would like to bring more representatives than your booth includes, additional booth staff may be registered below for $200 per person.
After registering an additional booth representative, you can add them to your booth through the Exhibitor Portal under “Manage Booth Staff.”
Why Is There a Fee for Additional Booth Representatives?
We provide complimentary breakfast and lunch for exhibitors on both conference days. The additional representative fee helps cover the cost of these meals and other event amenities.
