Associate Membership (Manufacturer Membership) - $1,000.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) An Associate Member shall include a dental laboratory supplier, a manufacturer representative, or dental laboratory technology instructor who does not qualify for Technician Membership.

Large Dental Laboratory - $250.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) For larger labs with 10 + employees. A Dental Laboratory whose services are exclusively available to members of the dental profession, duly licensed with a State Board of Dental Examiners.

Medium Dental Laboratory - $175.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 9 members) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) A Medium Lab is a lab with 5-9 employees.
A Dental Laboratory whose services are exclusively available to members of the dental profession, duly licensed with a State Board of Dental Examiners.

Retired Dental Laboratory - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This membership level is only for those Dental Labs that have been a previous loyal member of the DLAT but now do not have an active dental lab. This can be for an individual (sold the lab) or for the whole dental laboratory that has ceased operation.

Small Dental Laboratory - $100.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) 1-4 Employees
A Dental Laboratory whose services are exclusively available to members of the dental profession, duly licensed with a State Board of Dental Examiners.

Technician (Individual Membership) - $65.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) A Technician Member is any Dental Technician who is not otherwise eligible to become a regular member of the Association. (i.e. the dental lab you are employeed by is not a member of the DLAT)
